This post, from just over a year ago, is still massively relevant today. It begs us all to take a measured step back and invest some thinking time in what we perceive is happening in the world today, in how those perceptions are formed and informed. Above all, it underlines the need to let your mind dwell on those tiny areas of discomfort or niggling instinctive reactions that cast shadows of doubt.
