In Hudaydah, the fourth largest city in Yemen, the headless corpse [Ar] of Ismail Mohamed Ismail Arashi, 23, was discovered by his brother in their home. Ismail’s head was retrieved later from the roadside near the port. The perpetrators are unknown.
